Default Rear end squeek with vid and pics

Hello everyone. I recently have done alot of work to my car. Mostly full suspension everything making it about 1-1.5 inchs lower. I also had the rear end rebuilt with 4:10 gears besides. I am now getting a squeaking coming from the rear of the car after it comes up to temperature. Its rather loud and imbarrising. I have pin pointed it to the area where the drive shaft enters the rear end, but do not know how to diagnose this any further. Here is a video of the noise.

I also noticed some grease coming out of two of the pivots on the universal joint.

It appears to be on both of the pivots that are connected to the rear axle. So I dont know if these bearings are the problem. Or if they are leaking because the rear is getting to hot. Any suggestions on how to pinpoint this any better or does anyone know if the universal is the culprit?
On a side note I also noticed this.

Notice how the wheel seems to shake side to side. Both sides do this. I dont know if this is because it is sitting on jack stands or if it is a part of the problem. I havent noticed any shaking while driving which I think I would have if it does this going down the road.
Thank you for all who replay and helping me.

it kinda seems to me at least that the bearing in your driveshaft are going out and thats why its squeeling, happened to my buddy jeep. and as far as your tires go i think its just cuz tires get dirty unevenly and when you spin them its a optical illusion. a easy way to tell if your tires are wobbling are jack the car up and by hand pull the tire out of the car and push it back in. you shouldnt have much play.
