Pi swap done.. what next?
Ok, so I have just finished conquering the PI swap on my 96 gt (beside that dipstick tube). I have a cold air kit, headers, throttle body and plenum. What next? Is it really worth doing a msd ignition. I'm thinking the best thing would be a tuner of some kind. Anythoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Gears crossed my mined too. I feel as though gears might take away some of the drivablity of the car. I'm not looking for a drag car. I want a car that will be able to tear up the back roads as well as cruise the highways. correct me if i'm wrong 3.73 is stock right? It seems like most people go to 4.10. What does that mean for RPM at highway speeds say 70?

Yeah, I'm holding off on tires untill the ones I have are gone... or untill I decide for a good burn out. Suspension I don't have the money for at the moment and its almost winter so I don't really want to lower it now. Anyother thoughts?

I had 2.73's stock. DONT DO MSD COILS!!!!!! They tune like crap and add zero performance. If you're really want new coils go with Screamin Demon. THey are only a little more than stock. There's is No HP to be gained by aftermarket coils, you'd be better off getting LiveWire plug wires.
Also to gain the most out of the PI swap, get it custom tuned. I was making 265 rwhp and got 28.6mpg.

tuner, pulleys, gears, short throw shifter, mid-pipe, catback, shocks/struts, springs, control arms, full length subframe connectors, etc.....still plenty left to do.

i have 3.73s right now and i go down the highway at about 2700, with 4.10s like 2900-3000. gears wont hurt drivability that bad, but id definitely get some 3.73s. and a tune/tuner is a good thing to do after a PI swap
