Default Saleen bumber, anyone experianced this?

Hi, I purchased a Saleen bumber cover from Saleen. But when I got it I was very dissapointed with what I recieved. There are cracks pits and left over release agent on the bumber. For example the gills on the side are sticking out an 1/8 inch and they are supposed to be flush. It needs atleast 3 to 4 hours in pred time to get everything smooth. Im concerned it wont fit right. But I called Saleen and they insisted that they all come like that. There a raw product. But I think its a bit much. Has anyone else ordered a Saleen bumber from Saleen? Did you get a product that needs alot of prep time? Thanks all.

I have not ordered one, but that does suck. You would think that it being Saleen their product would come to you ready to paint with min. prep work, and the quality would be better. CAn you sent it back? IF so I think if I was you I would send it back and get something else from someone else. Just my $.02

Well I really hope that when he gets back to you, he tells you that they are not all like that and will exchange it for a new one. Because even if it is a "raw product" that is just really crappy.

If anyone ever orders from them. And if you have a problem do it in 30 days of your order or they wont do **** about it. I am very dissapointed in the quality and customer service from Saleen.
