I Have a 99 GT and while I was washing it one day with our power washer I got to close to the hood decal that goes from the hood scoop to the front of the hood and I ripped a piece of it off, does anyone know what is the easiest way to get the rest of the decal off the car and how to remove the glue? Thanks

I had a decal similar to the '99. It was a pain when I took it off. Use a hair dryer or heat gun and set aside some time. It took me and my wife about 2 hours to get it all done. After you get it off, use "goof off" to remove the glue. Make sure you have alot of clean cloths. After I removed mine, I used a clay bar to remove any fine stuff, polished it and finished off with a couple of good wax coats. Hope this helps.
