Default This one might be tricky

I'm not sure if I have a problem or not, let me know what you think. It's kinda hard to explain (since you can't explain sound very good). Here it goes though.

When i'm driving and I am cruising up to a light or stop sign I always throw my car in neutral and just coast up to the light. Now when I do this i'll get a "vibration"coming from my shifter. It happens briefly not the whole time i'm in neutral though. Any ideas what this might be?

There is also a sound that comes from the vibration almost like a grinding noise. That's the best I can describe it.

THe inner guts of the Trans catching up or slowing down out of gear and still rotating would be my guess.

Would that be bad that it just started happening about a week ago?
