i just bought an mgw shifter and want to change out the fluid at the same time. the guys at the auto parts store couldnt tell me too much about Royal Purple Syncromax since they didnt have any info for it in their system for my car. is Syncromax the right fluid to put into my tranny(3650)? and how much?

I like anything RP, it's just too damn expensive.

And it's 3.0L (or 3.25 quarts).

i would go by this if its what the manual states as the synchronizers are the determining factor in the type of fluid used atf, synthetic atf, gear oil, etc.
