KENNE BELL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ***!!!
I got a hold of them and they put me on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and tried calling back for the last six hours and they either pick up and send me straight to hold and not even say hello, or they pick up the phone and hang it back up disconnecting me immediatly. Im so pissed!!!
My question is... if there is currently 0W50 oil in the blower right now, is it okay to put 20W50 in it. The local speed shop here says they use either Red Line 0W50 or Mobile 1 20W50 both being synthetic. All I can find is Royal Purple and I dont want to put it in there knowing its gonna mix with the other oil and possible hurting it. Will it be okay to use it or not?

i can not give you a clear answer, but i have always believed and heard that you should not mix oils, i mean it probably will not heart it but i woud still suggest not to. I used mobil 1 0w20 from the beging of my car and i will use it till the end...IMO

Well they finally answered and I asked and they said that the Royal Purple 20W50is fine. They said as long as its a 50 weight and its synthetic than its good to go. They still suck and I did write them a nasty letter telling them I wish I had gone with a Whipple charger Cobra instead of the Kenne Bell! LOL
