4.6 to 5.0 swap
 

I'm wanting to takemy 4.6 out and put in a pushrod 5.0, I have searched for other threads about doing this and haven'treally found anything.How would I go about doing this? What parts would be necessary and what aboutthe electronics? PCM, gauges?? If anyone has any links orknows anything aboutdoing this swap I'd appreciate the help, thanks.

I don't think I've heard of a 5.0 pushrod 99-04 GT yet, normally if someone is putting a pushrod motor in these cars they go big since they have the room. If you really want the 5.0 though I'd say sell yours, spend it on a nice 94/95 Gt or Cobra, use whatever you got left to put into the car if you'd like. But most likely I take you'd want to keep the same body stlye and not go early SN-95 huh?

yea I like the new edge but love the pushrod motors, I'm sure it's been done before but I've had no luck with finding info on the swap
