4.10 are good if you don't do allot of highway driving. I put on 3.73 and there's a noticable difference from the stock 3.29. This diffinately w/ wake up your auto.
4.10 would be nice, but not on the highway. Im running almost 3000 at 75. Seems like alot of hassel from what I read on the forums for the 3.90 and the install. It looks liek yeayea didn't have problems w/ his. It may be the happy medium. Good luck.
My mechanic said it was a bitch putting in the gears. I dont know if that would have changed if they were 4.10's or 3.73's.

Thats what I heard from previouse post. I had mined installed by ford, no problems so far, and they warrantied it. Cost me a pretty penny for the labor.

4.10's and no less. Good exhaust pick. Diver, I have 4.10's and an auto, cruise on the interstate all the time around 80, sits at exactly 3k at 78mph. My gas mileage went down about a mile per gallon. My gears were $400 install, parts, everything included.

Where are you located Deathwish, I know a few shops around here w/good prices and services.

Fat Nick, sounds like I should of got the 4.10's Quick question for you. I have a auto too, but I noticed your 1/4 mile was kinda hi. I ran 14.36 w/ the 3.73 and a CAI/and flow masters. Are you spinning alot from the 4.10 when you launch ???? I had issues w/ my 3.73 until I got my launch down. I havn't been to the track yet this year, but I've added alot, I hope to be in the hi 13's, Im also running 315 out back.

I use 4.10s on the highway all the time since my car is a daily driver They do not destroy your mileage and are the only way to go in my opinion unless your going to add a S/C.
