Default Final stages of new engine swap

My s281 sc engine came in yesterday. Im skeptical about the engine being an actual saleen engine on account of there being no saleen label anywhere on the block, i forgot to write down the block # though. Are saleen motors clearly marked? Regardless, the super charger is the series 2, and everything else is as it should be. The pcv system was removed for some reason too, but other than that the engine looks real good. I already know what clutch Im getting (spec stage 3), and I might need a new flywheel. See the guy who installed the flywheel on this engine used a dremel to get it to bolt up right, when all they had to do was rotate it to get it to fit, dur. Ill also be getting a new radiator, with new hoses and such cause my current coolant system is on its last leg. he last thing I will need before getting this installed will be a new intake. My current one is some fender intake off ebay. I personally don't care fore those so Im thinking about getting the tunable induction one. I have one question though, I don't believe that the ignition for this engine is comming in with the computer and such so will I need a new one? or will my stock 96 ignition work with the 2001 s281? Thanks a lot, probably before the end of this month this bad boy will be in my gt!

if the flywheel was not on right wouldnt that throw the balance of the internals off.

well it was on right, but to get it on right the person dremeled the bolt hole a bit on the flywheel.

just curious, most flywheels (older 5.0's and chevys) are balanced in certain spots for the balance of the crank, if you had to rotate it, it seems the balance was off, and could damage your crank bearings. im not sure if the 4.6 are that way but if the motor is out of the car i would check it out.

yes..it's clearly marked as saleen. the s/c would have it on the top, and the valve covers have it sometimes.

series II?

that's an older one, i know that-- what's it run max? 9? i think...but maybe not lol
i was lookin to get one of those but my funding fell through the **** hole

yeah it doesnt say saleen anywhere on it, but just about everything on the outside has been upgraded so any saleen plaques would be gone, ill have to check the bottom end. the guy i bought it from said it is running 11 psi, has a smaller pully.
