tweecer for 97 gt

i have a 97 gt and i am thinking bout getting the tweecer chip? is it worth it and is it a good horsepower gain? and what is the difference between the tweecer and the tweecer rt???

rt has data logging in real time so you can make changes from a laptop as you drive...let me know if you do
