Default Steeda Timing Adjuster?

When should you consider getting a Steeda Timing Adjuster, if at all? I just started modding and so far have:

SLP Catted-X
SLP LM II’s
Steeda Pulleys
FRPP 4.10’s
K&N FIPK
Eibach pro-Kit lowering springs

I’m thinking that I prolly don’t need one for a while. Have my eye on a new TB & plenum next, followed by hand-held tuner, etc.

Need the tuner and the TB and Plenum Yoy'll love it. It makes a god diference. Don't need the timer for any of the mods you fot right now.

Whats the max timing you can turn it up to. I heard 12 degress is the max. shed some light on this firemedix. I want 14 degrees. It would be a bunch of crap to have to buy both.

So if I plan on getting a tuner (which is one of the next mods on this list), I won’t need timing adjuster?

true but you can only go up 10 percent which is like 12 degrees still a good kick

no you want need a ta the predator which i have and personally believe is better because it gives you so many user adjustable options it remaps the timing and fuel curves plus many other things to list go to www.diablosport.com and check it out, but some will disagree and like superchips just compare before you buy for your needs. superchips advertises i believe 16 or 18 horse hp.dont no if thats rwhp or not.the pred advertises 15-20rwhp.these are probably high advertisments but the pred woke up my stock 04 gt with a vengence.i just got my current stang a month ago brand new that and a fipk was the first things i got for it. im going with pulleys,3.73(4.10 to much for the driving i do) x pipe(catted). then after warranty im unleashing on it.if you go with a programmer or ta just dont forget to run premium please.semper fi

Since were on the topic of the Steeda Timing Adjuster, perhaps someone could be kind enough to send me to a link or PM me instructions on how to install and adjust it? I have had the T/A and Underdrive Pulleys sitting here in my office for nearly a month now, still no sign of when I will be able to install it.

I'd really hate to spend all the money to have the dealer toss it in...
