How do i replace throttle and cruise contol cables?

Have a 2004 Mustang GT. My engine caught on fire and burnt up the manifold, throttle body, cables wiring, vacuum lines, fuel system. I got everything torn out, ready to replace everything, got the new cables. Notice one cable goes into the firewall, and the other disappears underneath the car. Just wondering if anyone has done this and can you give me some assistance, or is it out of my league.

The Cruise is in the Driver fender well. Remove driver tire and pull out the splash guard and you will see where the Cruise Cable leads to.

As BraMas said, the cruise control is under the drivers side fender, held in by a couple of bolts/connector. The throttle linkage has 2 8mm holding it to the firewall, and thats pretty much it. Dont sweat it, I think vacuum lines would be more confusing.
