Default California Squeegee

Does anyone else use a California Squeegee? I washed the car today and use both a CA Squeeg and shamie to dry ‘er off. That combination works pretty good for me – just wondering if anyone else uses em…

How does it feel on the paint of the car?

There's just something about planting that thing on my paint and scraping it down the side of my car that scares me. Although, the website says it's made of medical grade silicon and guaranteed not to do any harm. I just get so tired of using the pathetic "Absorber" chamois, the thing gets dirtier than hell and spreads it all over the vehicle.

Where did you purchase your blade at?

I use the waterblade and microfiber towels to dry. The waterblade has a teflon coated blade that does not scratch or hurt the paint. I have used chamois and the absorber for drying, but getting a few microfiber towels is the best.

I run a body and paint shop. We have used a Csli squeege for years with no problems...even on recently painted panels.

you can get the Californisa Waterblade at Walls Mart! Micro-fiber towels??? Like terry cloth towels? Or is there a difference? I just use my raggedy 'ole chamois.
