Can anyone list all the torque specs 4 intake manifold

im helping a friend do a intake manifold. Can anyone plz list all the torque specs i would need to do this or link me a site that would have the info i need ..... lost my hanes manual

18 ft/lbs, start from the center and work out to teh corners.

15 - 22 ft lbs and retorque after the engine is hot.
