Starting Engine Rebuild This Weekend!
Hey guys so my gasket set comes in tommrow! im pumped so now i can get this moving.. its been to long since i last drove her!
I just wanna double check that i have everything that ill need for this weekend.
My short block is already assembled and i have the gaskets coming in and i know i need to get head bolts.
Is there anything that im going to need to for this rebuild i have all the tools.
Everything that i am doing is in the sig

get an aluminum intake manifold. i just built my motor, and used the factory intake manifold, and it cracked 3 weeks ago. also, make sure you get some bolt-on cam gears for those aftermarket cams. dont get adjustables either. just get factory ones from an 03 like i did. they're cheaper, and dummy proof.

alright alright.. pic there will be! But for now i am running my stock intake and fuel rails and injectors. I asked about getting bigger injectors before and the response i got back was not worth it. I wasn't putting out enough power.
