http://www.bossracing.net/Tech%20Art...ap%20page1.htm Thats the page that i lived on to do my swap. 2000 is right, do the cams if you can afford it, I hated going back in to do it later.

BTW, I know your probably excited as hell, but if you can hold off a bit, a new set of cams AND getting the heads ported would be sweet as hell.
Your looking at (assuming you have full boltons already) 270ish RWHP with the regular swap, 290 with the cams, and like 320+- with the heads and cams.
Headwork makes a HUGE difference, and it really shouldn't really be that expensive, a mild port job (with stock valves) shouldn't be much more than about 700 bucks.

he won't break 320 on the stock bottom end with a pi intake and a stage 1 or 2 cam. he'd need a custom grind at the least, and the right bolt ons with bigger injectors and a tune. a stock pi swap will net in the 250 range. with stage 1q cams, maybe 275. to hit 300, he'll need porting, a stage 2 cam, all the right bolt ons, and a great tune.

I know that Patriot virtually guarneteed me 325 at the wheels if I swapped in their camshafts and heads. As I understand the only true diff in their heads are the valvesprings and the valves (compared to just getting a P&P)
Honestly I have always thought that your dyno numbers were a bit low for a full boltons head/cam car. I would not be at all surpised if they dyno it was done on reads a bit low compared to a dynojet.
I do know for sure I would be super pissed if I swapped in a set of heads and wasn't making 320~ to the wheels. As ****ty flowing as our heads are (even 99+ heads suck) I would think there is huge room for improvement.
I am of course talking full boltons in addition to all of the head/cam/intake swapping.
