What are these and would they cause a stiff ride

They are a type of suspension where a lighter weight spring rides over the shock/strut. I will give you the ability to adjust your ride height any way you want. You can choose from all different types of springs and adj shocks/struts so no the ride will not be stiff unless you want it to.

This is what I was looking at. I just want to close the gap a little. I just drive back and forth to work so I wont be auto crossing. I know you get what you pay for But i change vehicles so much I am tired of losing my but

If your ride is just for a DD and you have the cash for it by all means go ahead and make a bad *** suspension set up, but if your just looking for a better ride id look into some new shock/struts and some kind of lowering springs i.e. H&R eibach steeda, theres a bunch out there
