Default maintenance, what should I do?

Hey guys, I have a 98 with some simple mods to it. I haven’t changed the spark plugs, wires, or fuel filter since I got the car. I put about 30,000 miles on the car. Should I change the spark plugs and fuel filter? What kind of spark plugs should I use? Ive heard a lot about NGK but what model.
Thanks,

Yes and yes. I'd flush the cooling system too. Replace trans fluid and rear diff. fluid.

for spark plugs since you only have mild mods go with motorcraft they will be best for you. the gear oil I would go 75w 140 for better hot protection.
The NGKs/Denso aren't really better if you don't have nitrous or f/i
