Default Stock gt with saleen charger???????

so my buddy is wanting to supercharge his 04gt. My question is if he gets a used saleen charger will he have to do anything major to his car to get it to work. Any help would be helpfull thanks.

bigger injectors, tune, and a fuel pump. Im sure there is one or two other things. that someone else will ad.

depending on how many miles are on the car, you might put a lot of strain on the motor.

Has anyone seen how horrible the Saleen superchargers are. There is someone on these forums... I can't remember who now has a Saleen supercharged car. And he is only makes 284 rwhp.

uhh, it does not matter the mileage on the motor, a will put more strain on it either way.

haha ok true, im just saying with more wear on the motor your looking at more failures sooner. if your puffing a little blue smoke cuz of the rings right now, and u slap on a s/c, your gonna be looking at more smoke more than likely.

I heard the new saleen sc's are good but idk they might not. I'd just get a paxton,procharger or kenne bell

There is nothing wrong with the blower that Saleen use, its the terrible intake and worthless intercooler.

How the 05+ version is much much better.

The m90 Saleen (not sure which series it is) is the horrid one that id stay away.

The series IV isnt too bad, but is still very disappointing power wise. The series V is great, but I havent seen any for sale in a kit.
