Any major differences in CC plates

Default Any major differences in CC plates

I have my springs, I have my shocks and struts, now I need some CC plates. I am leaning towards the MM CC plates, but I know little about these things. Is there a major difference in CC plate brands? What does it boil down to? Adjustability, install ease?

I do not mind spending money for a good product, but I do not want to spend a bunch when a cheaper brand will do just as good of a job.

MM or Griggs.

I went MM because the Griggs piece was just to over priced but just look at them

pat you ever adjust your c/c plates or just leave it how it is with a bit of camber in it?

When I DD the car don't play with them. But I made some stops that let me set the camber so to exactly what I want on the track.

Yea I did the same. what camber do you run. I went with -2.7 of either side.

I have Steeda's 4-bolt plates on my DD, very robust and nicely made. Current alignment is -1.2° camber on both sides, 5.5° caster.

I have been running this for 20k miles or so with no visible tire wear, which was somewhat of concern with the camber bumping the spec limits (not a big concern, I'll trade tire wear for handling any time).

out of all the parts Steeda makes I have to say I have always been impressed with their CC plates. I have installed a few and not once had an issue.
