if you dont have any in your diff.
if the bottle says you dont need it, it doesnt. like royal purple or redline. some other brands dont have friction modifier and you will need to get some.

the car feels so much better. shifting gears is fun again. Syncromesh is good stuff. although it didnt fix my problem of a weird noise almost like a bov during mid to high rpm shifts. throw out bearing maybe? only ever heard it during 1rst and 2nd shifts. thanks for everyones input
