Default a couple of questions for you pros out there

I have an 02 GT. Bassani mid length headers and high flow xpipe to magnaflow cat back. I am new to modding cars and don't want to waste my money.

Is port polishing a worthwhile modification on stock heads? would it be a better step to put cams in. I don't want to spend money that i will waste. A self contained supercharger is my ultimate goal for the car.

My game plan is port heads, cams, 3.73's. vortech centrifug... and some point an sct livewire will also get added in. Don't bash me too hard please, I am eager to learn about the wonderful cars that we all love.

How flawed is my game plan for getting the car into 12's?

P&P on stock heads is well worth it. Look at foxlake, DSS and patriot for them.

If you want a self contained supercharger your gonna want a procharger unless the vortech V3 is in your budget.

Start saving for a built block cause with the heads cams and s/c and being limited to 400rwhp is a disappointment.

i believe the v3 is cheaper than the procharger, because it isn't intercooled.... and you can pick up a cheap intercooler for it
