Default Ported heads or cams?

Hi all out there, I have an 02 gt with ceramic bassani mid length and catted x pipe. My ultimate goal is to remain street legal and run mid 12's not on the bottle. I have done a little research on superchargers and I think Procharger or Vortech is the way to go. So this is where my questions come in, are there bigger gains to be hard from porting heads or new heads? My next question is, would cams be a better upgrade than head work?

im not sure how good the heads flow but 9 out of 10 times it would be better to do cams first, but you would ideally want to do them at the same time since your going to have to go into the motor anyways

If you going to get a blower, I would just get some cam's. If you have the cash and want to stay N/A, you have to go with P/P heads and cams.

I would say don't get the cams or the heads until after you have the blower

At the same time would be ideal but stuff doesn't always work like that so I would say do the heads first. By the time you do cams, you'll be an old pro.

If i was you and know what i know now this is what i would do. Keep the heads you have now and change out the springs and get some custom cams. The money you save by not buying the heads put that money in some sub frame connector and some gears 3.73 and some et. drag radial tires. ( I have 3.90 at 70 mph only doing like 2300 in 5th.) You may want to go with that set up.
