Alright, when I get a chance I will swap the fluid out. Is it hard to do on jack stands?

Also I noticed my clutch feels weird lately. Almost like the cable is dirty but it isn't. When the pedal travels, it doesn't feel very smooth. And I just noticed it in the last little while. But it still grabs fine and works fine.

i just went through my t3650 this week and installed the udate kit that replaces 2nd,3rd, and all the syncros, and shift forks. now it shifts perfectly. while i was in there i intalled a spec stage 1 clutch, steeda firewall adjuster, and steeda quadrant. feels like a different machine!

How much was the kit that comes with all the synchros?

Buy a new clutch cable off of Ebay for like 25 bucks, I found one a while ago, brand new from Ford. And no, everyone does it on jack stands, just make sure you have both sides up on stands, and the rear end up on a stand or jack securely.

i work at the dealer so i get everything @ 10% over cost and my cost was $800. not cheap, but worth not having that annoying gear clash, imo.

I agree. Is that a quote for parts and labor or just parts?
