Default what all do i need for gears?

Im getting my FRPP 373s fairly soon and wanted to know what else I'll need for the install. I know i'll need oil so I was gonna get Royal Purple 75w90. The car has 65k miles on it so should I get the trac-loc rebuilt as well or no?

This is what I need? Nothing else except the oil and friction modifier.

You should think about what you want out of your car. What I mean is evenually you might want to build your car for drag racing. So it may be better for you to upgrade your axles and diff to 31 spline when you do the gear install that way your not paying for another gear install later on. But if you just want a fun street car then the gear and bearing kit and oil is all you need.

I thought about that as well. I want to eventually upgrade the rear end to 31 spline but ATM the car is going to be relatively stock so I think I should be fine with the stock rear end.

Unless I can find some ridiculously good deals, then i'll upgrade

Dude dont listen to what anyone else says here. I worked 3 rear ends already and talk to guys that own local drivelines. All you're gona need is PINION INNER AND OUTER BEARINGS. These will run you 25 bucks for both from auto zone.PM me for part number. Dont run full synthetic royal purple bull**** on your car. Its a hype, these cars with that kinda oil will burn up all the clutches. Run COASTAL gear oil or valvoline with ford friction modifier.
