he just told you why it took 4 hours cuz they broke all the clamps and he still only paid 100 they didnt charge him anything extra so basically they did it out of there own pocket for a stupid mistake.
he said it.. besides it sat up on their lift for 2 hours until they could get someone to go retrieve some new clamps. that shop is always swamped. I take my car nowhere else. They are the best guys around. They had to get a gasket and all new clamps... I paid for none of that stuff.

They called me up to let me come look at it and hear it and all that before they even took it down.... "you like the tips out that far? Want them in a lil lbit or what. we got it all lined up, but we weren't sure how far out you wanted these tips" Those guys are great! And I'm glad I didn't have my car sitting in the driveway and had to go search for a gasket and clmaps myself... Instead I sat at home on the couch watching tv waintig for that phone call. "your car is ready!"
