Default Max amount of boost...with 93 octane?

I have an 04 GT, that has a new 302 forged boss block, ported 2v heads, and blower cams, as well as a 2.1 KB blower. I've been told that the max for the supercharger is about 20 psi (with 7.5in crank pulley). Question is how much boost can I safely run while still on 93 octane. Or how much power can I make w/ 93. Should I run water/meth inj. Is there a program to switch from 93 to race fuel. Help me out with what you guys know/recommend. Ultimately I'm looking to run the most power/psi while using 93 pump gas. thanks

You havent givin enough info about your engine. What heads, cams, exhaust, Cooling system, oil system mods are all needed info to figure out how much boost you can run.

What fuel system do you have and what's your compression?

generally speaking, how much boost can you run while still using 93 pump gas....does anyone have a car running 93, and making lots of power?

Depending on timing and other factors there isn't one correct answer. You could run 30psi on 93 with the correct tune.

With a twin screw I would keep the boost between 12-18PSI.. 15-16psi would keep the temps in the safest zone.

i know there are a lot of factors which contribute into how much boost you can run while still using 93 octane. I want to run as much boost as I can, and what do I need to get there safely.....meth injection...bigger intercooler....really retarded timing.....Can you make 700-750hp on 93??

Yes you can make 700+ on pump gas, if you mean RWHP thats going to be a little harder to do with the 2.1L screw.

I would keep the boost at 14-16psi on pump gas and you should be able to get away with 18psi on race fuel. The intercooler core on the KB is quite large so you can get away with a little more aggressive timing on pump than you would with some other positive displacement blowers kits.

i think your wrong about making 700+ hp with a 2.1 kit. With my motor/head/cam combo, as stated above, I could easily achieve 700-800hp at the wheels

Didn't see the larger bore boss block in the mod list... doh.

Also I never said you won't make 700rwhp I just said it’s going to be harder than 700 flywheel hp with pump gas.

Also you said, ported heads (you never said by who) blower cams (again by who and what specs) you never gave a specific list of modifications you just generalized them.
