When i drive my car it will act like everything just shuts off... my guages all go to 0 and then pop right back up... but when it does it i lose all power

I would bet it's your alternator. It happened to me and a new alternator fixed the problem.

Well it doesn't do it all the time mostly when i get on it a little or around town... so it makes sence

Sometimes escpecially if you got a high watt stereo and amp and you Have UDPs it will do that it happened to me so check that and see if alternator is good...if the stereo is the problem like mine was just get bigger Alt.

same thing was happening to me then it just died completly last night. never could get it restarted, only happened when i got on it was intermittant then just total failure now.
