Default Kenne Bell 2.1L on stock GT

I want to put a 2.1L on my 03 GT which is bone stock. Can anybody give me feedback on this setup. It says it's 6psi and that is what I would run. I don't want to have to do anything to the motor. thanks

You should be fine with 6psi. What else are you going to do to the motor? Any bolt ons? What kinda of HP are you trying to get out of it?

Intercooled?
Injectors?
Fuel pump?
Tune?

If so OP this is a great deal.

at 6psi you will be ok on the stock engine just have to worry about alot of heat soak since it is not i/c. i suggest if going with the 6psi kit look into a meth injection kit from AIS to keep that engine cool. hp wise you will be aroung 325-350 rwhp with kenne bells chip and depending on bolt ons. i have the 9psi kit i just recently put on bout 4 months ago and has 800 miles on it would like to get 4400 and that includes everything including kenne bell chip.

I've got 20,000 miles on my car since I installed mine. (102,000 total) No problems, I'm buying the intercooler and 9 lb pulley for mine. I had mine dyno tuned with a Superchips X-cal. It put down 330 rwhp which was an 80 horsepower gain.

yes intercooled, 42# injectors, boost-a-pump, and the chip which can be reflashed for 200 dollars or you could get a dyno tune which i recommend. it has everything you need

the meth injection doesnt keep the engine cool, it cools the intake charge, may be you should just get an i/c. much safer than running meth. injection kit. it could be bad news if you run out of the juice and you tune your car for the meth.

I wouldn't recommend running meth through the supercharger either.
