Ok well first you should read https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-6l-1996-2004-modular-mustang/487526-venting-a-little-bit.html so you know what the problem is and that i got my fuel pump in and the problem persisted, i did sparkplug wires today because i found a small tear in one, the plugs look great, the car is still having the SAME PROBLEM! bucking when i give it too much gas like its starved for fuel and/or now im th nking air. i'm thinking somethings clogged or im not getting enough air somewhere? suggestions? also i replaced my fuel filter a few months back, if it were ran with a bad fuel pump is it possible that the filter may need replaced after only about 4 months?

Have you cleaned the MAF and checked the screen for debris?

I'd check your fuel pressure for the fuel regulator & injectors. Just this week I found my year old injectors are already leaking, and youre power starving seems to sound like a simliar problem. So I'd have someone check both of those things for yah

Did you ever change or move your MAF around?? I know for my problem they asked me about the position, because if it is in different position than before, air hits it different which causes a different reading.

cleaned out my maf got quite a bit of gunk out its much better but its still bogs a little, mostly in 5th and it doesn't feel like it has the same power across the band... i was messing around with the fuel regulator but didn't do anything drastic, i really hope i don't need new injectors that would suck, i'm gonna goahead and do plugs tomorrow, even though the 3 i pulled all looked fine, and possibly the fuel regulator again, if it keeps acting up i'm gonna do a rebuild... i've been saving for it anyway.
