Default Sure this is typical question

I just Went out of warrenty on my 99 Cobra BONE STOCK! It is time to do some mods I want to start with 1500.00 Not including the exhaust Maybe 2000 if I can squeez it w/o my ol lady seein it!
Can someone point me in some good direction!

do gears first with a programmer to correct the speedo and turn off the o2's and o/r x pipe and cat back

I still drive this around on hwy alot so 4:10 would prob be excessive, I have 3:55s now 3:73 probably a better choice? and as for the cat I need them? just turn the o2s with a programmer ?

Legally yes, and yes you can just turn the rear o2's off with a programmer or make some mils yourself.
