did you try swapping the mach 1 bulbs with the gt? I seriously doubt nething would change but it just my .02

i dont think it wouldmake a difference.. i just thought since alot ofpeople have done this cluster swap that some1 had done something about the brightness...

Are they brighter in the cars they came from or is that part of the "retro" effect? It seemed like all the sudden in the late 80's early 90's we got glowing ufo dashboards all the sudden.
Other than that maybe the bulbs aren't aligned with the peep-holes the same way.

Yeah I'd check the bulbs, or maybe the fuses.. Maybe the Mach cluster uses more amperage than the GT cluster..?
