Default why cant i get a good clutch cable?

i installed a upr quadrant, adjustable cable and firewall adjuster. my clutch has always been stiff since i bought the car. idk if the previous owner put a new clutch in or what. i doubt it with me buying it with only 47k miles. but anyone i out all the new stuff in, and the clutch was terrible to push in and release, hard as hell to push in and releasing was so slow, my friend looked under the hood and said the cable would kink up as i pushed it, i installed the oem cable and it was so much easier to work but still stiffer than my friends GT and 03 cobra, maybe cuz the oem cable was old, upr sent me a new cable because it was defective and the oem one snapped one day so i installed the resent adjustable cable. once again its alot stiffer on pushing and slower releasing but it doesnt kink. and this stiffness goes away after ive been driving for 15 minutes. its like in the morning or when the engines cold it like gets stuck and when its heated up the cable wants to move easier. what cable is good?!?!

stock cables work great, alot of people just install the clutch quadrant & firewall adjuster. some people do the cable also, if im not mistaken the cables have different pressure ratings also.

oem is best. did you properly adjust it? Not saying you did bad but do you have the adjuster set funny?
