fuel questions

so i was just thinking what would i need as far as a fuel system to run 14 psi on my kb 2.1? if it dosent sell pretty quick then i might keep it. and of course this would be on a forged shortblock

can someone answer this I am also wondering what a focus pump with a BAP can handle. I don't know whether to buy this or the cobra tank and pumps.
