96 GT Value?

96 GT Value?
I'm thinking about buying a 96 GT. The car is getting oil in the antifreeze. It also has a decent sized dent in the quarter panel above the side scoop. It is a 5 speed car. It has power window and door locks a/c, and sunroof. It has under 100,000 miles on it. What do you think this car is worth?

I agree, not any more than that--Kelley says one in excellent condition is $3300 trade-in value (Kelley's trade-in value or close to it is all I'd ever pay for a 12-year old used car, even if buying from a dealer).
