Spark Plugs and Wires
I have an 04 GT not much done to it, just wondering what is the best wires and plugs to run.

you don't have plug wires, the best plugs for you even if you end up adding a few more bolt ons is FACTORY!

wanting to do a tune up on her. doing the oil like i normally do and plugs cleaning the air filter. what else would be good to do?

How many miles are on it? That's a big factor in what to do to it. Don't waste time and money changing plugs and filters if there's no need to.
