Default install time..... again

well guys i got the heads, aluminum FRPP 99 PI heads. now comes the question of what i need to make 'em pump out some sick power. i called my shop and they have an install kit with the bolts, gasgets, etc. for a bit over 100 bones. other than that do i need anything else?
i heard i may need a new manifold? is this true, any help would go a long way, thanks all

I'm doing same thing as you, oh If you get a price on installation what is it? If your doing it yourself more power to you, the port holes on the heads and intake are different. You need to get an intake 99+ to match the port holes.

yup, while you can "bolt" your old intake onto those heads, the port shape is a little different and you will loose lotsa flow and it will probably be slower than it is now

Oh I love my chip, its by far one of the best mods i've done. Itposts a 10percent hp gain and reprograms itself every 600-800 miles to match things. I could really tell a difference. It takes off you governor, your redline limiter (so yes u can produce power all the way to redline) but watch out for redline cuz yes it won't shut off and you can blow it up, and it tweaks all your air and everything I do believe. It's even better in automatics cuz it really improves your auto shift points. If any of this info is wrong im sorry it just makes me so excited!
