Default Too much fuel? ECU gone bad?

I've tried searching around for quite a while now and can't quite find any solid answers. Basically my car feels a lot slower than what I think it should be.

I'll start with what i've done so far:
SLP Loudmouth CatBack exhaust
Bassani x-pipe
BBK underdrive pulleys
JLT coldair intake
Aeromotive A1000 external fuel pump
Fuel Insert
30lb injectors
Accel Fuel rails
Accel Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
9MM Spark plug wires
Accufab Throttle Body
Braided fuel lines
Redtop Optima Battery
4.10 rear end gears
Spec stage 2 clutch
Nitrous 100shot/10lb (Never been sprayed)

So pretty much when I give it full throttle it cuts out. I was told that because I've upgraded the fuel system so much that I'm flooding it with fuel and not having enough air intake to match up. I'm not really sure what the problem is or what to do any more. I took the car to a mechanic who I've figured out over time, doesn't know more than I do. I was also advised that I should most definately get a MAS, and if I do...do I need any type of MAFT or something along those lines? I can post videos if needed or any other information. Should I just really be looking into getting a professional tune? And if so, what do I need to have it tuned and what advice would you offer?
Thanks so much!

First off you have ZERO need for any type of aftermarket mass air flow sensor. Secondly, you need a tune and badly. Why exactly did you install 30# injectors?

Well...i had that DiabloChip which didn't really seem to make a difference, then I got that LiveWire from SCT and that also didn't solve the problem at all. I removed the tune so that I could try and just get the ECU back to stock.

Has someone actually tuned the car knowing the fuel system upgrades you have performed, or were they mail order tunes?

I was basically thinking and acting before i would study up on each thing. The mechanic i was going to encouraged me to purchase each part and led me to believe that by delivering more fuel would mean for power, which i soon realized was wrong

He definately led you astray, that's for sure. Now for the tune, are you running anything that has actually been tuned specifically to your car?

Not any more...my mechanic had downloaded software and loaded a pre-made tune.

Ok when you change injectors I always thought you had to calibrate or change the MAF to match...

If you have factory MAF calibration theres your problem right there.. Fix that first n go from there

Try unplugging the mass air flow sensor and see if it runs any better. I am also pretty sure you need a new mass to match the injectors.
