Your stock GT wont be going anywhere near 130 on a drag strip, so stfu about this. I agree with the guy who doesn't even want to bother giving you advice because he knows you are just some moron trying to look cool speeding on the street.

"I am just asking about going like 130-75" tells me that You are trying to show off or street race and want to know the best way to slow down when you see a cop, or traffic without hurting your car. I hope you blow your engine, destroy your brakes, and hit a ditch. Learn a lesson and stop driving like a moron where other people drive responsibly.

Why would you want to shift at 5800-6000 just to churp 2nd gear? It's kind of pointless. And for the record I can churp my tires going into 2nd at 5200-5500 just fine. You can also do that on many other cars for that matter. It's all the matter of getting on the gas pedal before you've fully released the clutch.

lemme guess, you havent gone above 75 on a empty bridge at night

and i said i only hit 130 once.. to see waht 4th topped out at, and i had no passengers in the car and it was on a bridge at night.

stock GTs can hit 100 in the 1/4 mile.

I don't drive more than 10-15 over the limit in a very rare occasion that I need to... Other than that, no. I don't drive like that on public roads. It is dangerous. The "we have all done it' argument is the dumbest of them all. We all haven't done it.

well have you run a 1/4 mile then?- because im asking about running to a high speed then slowing down quickly, like in the 1/4 mile.
