Default Procharger D1-SC Questions

Hey guys,
I recently purchased a Procharger D1-SC used. I'd just like to make sure the supporting mods are the right thing. I'm looking to be around 400-410 rwhp. My current mods that are compatable with the s/c are (o/r h midpipe, flows, sct, 3.73s, 75mm tb, plenum, springs...i think thats it)

What I have:
-D1-SC Headunit
-3 Core Intercooler
-Piping/Filter
-BOV
-3.8,3.6 Pulley

What I think I should get:
-SVT Focus Fuel Pump
-42lb Injectors
-90mm Lightning MAF or SCT Big Air MAF
-Different Plugs
-New Tune (have Brenspeed 93 tune on XCal3 now)
-Anderson Power Pipe

Do these look okay?

You're list of supporting mods looks decent to me. I had a D1 on my Z28 with pretty much the same supporting mods you have listed. Just make damn sure you get a good tune. I highly suggest taking your car with the handheld to a dyno and having it custom tuned. Try to stay below 8lbs if possible.

The D1 is crap just like that P... But it should be good for your application. If you ever want to step up the power & boost you'll need the F.

The F1 is an awesome unit, capable of more than the D1, but I wouldn't go so far as to call the D1SC crap. +1 on the F1 if he OP ever decides to build that engine and step it up.

Looks good to me..

I'd run NGK TR6 plugs.. gap at .032ish or so.. not sure what the D1 will do but I run my P1SC with a 3.4 pulley and it made 10lb at 5600 at 86 degree weather

i used a lightning maf first, maxed out right around 400 whp, im not sure how much power others have been able to squeeze out of it though. sct or an actual blow through maf should work well. +1 on stone 629 comments on staying below 8 psi on a stock engine. ngk tr6 plugs are great or autolite 103, both are 1 heat range colder than stock. as for the fuel pump i would just get a ford gt pump, much better flow, and it can support more mods down the road. i also have a afm pipe, much better that what come with a procharger. as for the new tune, definitely a new tune, with out a good tune, your engine will probabley toast itself pretty fast. good luck on your project.

When tuned,do a safe conservative tune because you start breakin stuff around 400-430 rwhp.
