I have the choose between 2 mustangs one is a 1999 Ford Mustang V6 5 speed all stock 100K miles

or

should i go for a 1996 Ford Mustang gt 5 speed all stock with 100k miles

which one whould u guys take

yes it is i seen a 1996 gt down the street today for sale and im thinking about it but i love the 99 i am thinking of staying with the 99 but what about the 96 can i still put 17x10.5 rims in the back and 17x9 rims in the front with 315/35/17 tires in the rear and x275/40/17 inn the front can i do that on the 96 i was going and doing it on the 99

you can do it on either...i thought you wanted to keep the 99 tho b/c ur dad left it to you

I say keep the v6 for daily driving and buy the v8 for fun. Why settle for just one.

tough I wouldnt want a v6 mustang though even if you do build it, it would be cheaper to build the v8

You would have to replace a lot on the V6. I would just keep the V6 as it is since it has sentimental value and buy the GT if you want and modify that.

modding a 6er or swapping is a huge PITA, just keep it for memories and mod the v8 if you can afford it.
