The GT "should" be able to get the LS1 out of the hole, but the LS1's are so sick on the big end. I would say gears, and a stall and you should be good for a 100' or so.

If I swap out to 373's the auto will shift wrong right? I have a six speed, never an auto, but my brother in law has an a4 LS1 Z28 and since his cam swap, it acts funny, cant imagine gears too? Or will it accecpt it? Thanks fo your help, really!

VSS is the speed sensor for the auto shift speed, I would imagine it an electric trans, and would need a reprogramed, if not, great, ill trow in some 373's. Thanks for the help

u can change the speed sensor in the comp by using a programmer. and since the car is an auto, a programmer will make it shift harder and also give u alittle more power. programmers help out auto cars alot i think. but u can change the gear size in the programmer so the gears will work perfectly in it. i did that to my manual car with a programmer. LS1's are quick ive heard. i havent raced one yet,i wanna find one real bad, i just havent had the opportunity yet.
