idk, i have no way of checking it unless i take it somewhere...but it was on after i got my starter replaced but not before, i drove it 1000miles after buying it without it on and then it happened after the starter, as in i picked it up and it was on

it's probably just coincidence but the only way to know what's up is to get the code pulled, take it to Advance and then post it up here

Where did you take it?? They coulda beat up on the car "test driving" it, or they could be tryin to get get you to spend more $$ with them..(set the CEL on purpose) Some places are shady like that. Go to advanced or somthing and get the code pulled and write it down, ignore what they say, and come tell us

I know Autozone reads the code for free. It just takes a second.

it was a ford dealership...i'll get the code

the reason for going there: it was an intermittent strating problem and i took it somewhere else and they couldn't figure out what it was and me and my dad couldn't either...so, we took it there as a last resort
