I will have to wait till he gets back... next week.... but i can get them.... is there a huge difference between them other than the s/c

the 99/01 blocks are aluminum the 03/04 is iron

i cant find the link but the throttle and cruse control cables are diffrent and i think extending of some wiring will be nessacery. a ford dealer can reflash the ecu for you or you could find a used ecu and wiring harness for 3-400.00 if you look hard enough. im not for sure what exactly you have to do for this swap so id wait for someone thats done it before.

Well the guy im buyin it from can also help me.... but i will see what shows up... well in that case it is a 99-01 cuz its all alum, is the iron block better?

depends what you mean by better, alum. is lighter, iron is stronger. the 03-04 terminator motors have a forged rotating assembly. what amout of power are you going for?

the aluminum ones can handle 800+ hp and are about 70 lbs lighter than there iron counter parts the iron one have been said to handle 1500+hp.

the horsepower is...well idk right now... probably +500 but it doesn't have to be right away i have a perfectly good 4.6 sohc in it with a few things done but... i just came accross this motor... but it is torn all the way down... but it comes with everything from crank to heads... but i think im going to replace everything anyway so if anyone needs spare dohc parts let me know

the gt's block can handle 800+ maybe more its also iron. but the stock internals tend to blow up at around 450-500. i might want the crank and heads from the dohc.
