Street/strip suspension

Street/strip suspension
I don't know if this is the proper place for me to post this or not but o well here goes. I have an 2004 gt with pretty much just full bolt-on's. I have 4:10 gears and here pretty soon I will be putting a kenne bell on so I was wanting to get my susension right before hand. I really don't want to spend that much money on this part of the project considering that it is not a full blown drag car, but a car to take to the strip every now and then. I have Big's and littles on it right now with the front sway bar removed, H&R springs and stock struts and shocks. As you know right now I am have a pretty hard time transferring weight to the rear of the car with the H&R's, but love the stance it gives me. My questions are does anyone make any drop/drag springs? What springs would you suggest? May be coil overs are the best way? How about on the rear? I have heard a lot of guys say to just put my stock springs with a coil cut off the back but I don't want it to ride bad either. How about the struts and shocks? I think I should do adustables front and rear? How about brands? And the last question is the rear control arms. What brand? Adjustables? Sorry for the book, just trying to cover everything. Thanks.

I'm a big fan of suspension but if you don't plan on doing much drag racing and like the way your car looks and rides now I'd build the rearend and put some slicks or nice drag radials on your bigs. That was your car will still ride the same as it does now and will hook at the track.

Well right now I am running Nitto drag radials, and I know that they are not the best but right now I can't get any better than a 1.96 60ft. and that sucks. And If I put the kenne bell on it I know I will have some traction problems then. 01gt4.6, what kind of suspension are you running?

so you want street performance? track performance? great stance? and comfort?
your asking alot, lol
id say some uppers/lowers(or atleast the lowers), and strange 10 ways all around, drag radials, and unless you really like drag racing, just say **** it and keep your springs

Next time I will go with m/t's. I am not conserned with street performance. There are no twistes where I live. And to tell you the truth, with in reason, I am not all that concerned with ride quality because I don't really drive the car that much anyway.

That is a sweet *** picture. Thats what I want to see out of my car. What are 50/50's? What brand are the 90/10's? Are they ok as far as riding on the street? Are your Summit upper and lowers adjustable?
