i just changed my brake pads and rotors

Well if they are new pads and rotors, they will rub for awhile no matter how far you push the pistons in. It shouldn't be alot though. how hard is it braking. do you notice when accelerating or is it when you let off the gas and you can feel that it is slowing down faster than normal?

some people may disagree but this may help. Drive down the road and lightly ride on the brake pedal for a couple hundred feet to kind of break the pads in.
Did everything fit back together well? Did you use all of the metal clips to secure the pad onto the caliper bracket?
