I think i have the same thing going on. It is only really noticable when the car is cold/warming to normal temp. Once at normal temp it is almost imposible to notice. Also, it seems to do it whether or not I am in gear. I am planning a 600 mile trip this weekend, should I be ok to drive it?

If the bearing collapses the lever that it sits on could hit the clutch pressure plate and all manner of bad things could happen. You could destroy the lever, the pressure plate, maybe the bellhousing.
The least that could happen is you wil not be able to fully disengage the clutch.

Get it fixed is my advice, and I personally would put a complete clutch kit in at the same time.

This problem typicaly is caused by driving around with your foot resting on the clutch. It pushes the bearing into contact with the clutch pressure plate so it turns at the saem speed as the engine, gets hot, the grease dries up and it ultimately fails. In normal circumstances with your foot off the pedal the bearing is not touching anything and is not turning, therefor it doesn't wear out.

See that is not the problem tho. When the car gets warm it stops. Also, the car already has a newer king cobra clutch. I am not sure if the previous owner replace the TOB when he replaced the clutch.

Well, I am going to go ahead and go. I will let you all know if I make it back without any problems. You say that the throw out bearing is only being used while the clutch is being used?? Then I should be ok, since it is mostly freeway driving. I am going to replace it next weekend. How hard is the install?? The tranny has to be dropped, right?
