I'll see if I can get #'s it is a TIGHT fit and already bolted in place, Any idea's on what I need to do to get it drivable?

I think the easiest route would be to swap your heads on there and use your intake and stuff. I'm not sure if it fits and all, but just and educated guess. The 4v route might be the easiest, seriously.

if it IS a 5.4L motor, it doesn't matter what heads are on there, the intake's still not going to fit. The tq converter would probably be necessary, even if you were going with a different 4.6L, so no tears there. MMR sells some 4.6 to 5.4 adapter plates, they're basically just intake spacers, for like $100, so that could be the solution to that problem.

You can keep your coil packs and ditch the COP's, if you like, but IMHO, the COP's are a better option. If you're looking to just get the car running, pull the COP's, throw the coil packs in there, and keep your eyes open for a 99+ EEC and harness to be added later.
