whats the most boost i can put on a stock 4.6 with supercharger
and what would let me increase it a bit under 500 dollars

Safe boost level is 8psi. You will never blow anything at that level.

what if i added forged pistons/rod what could i boost then

automatic or manual car? I wouldn't go above 10 psi but 8 is very safe without a forged assembly.

8 pounds and it should put down between 350-380 range depending on setup (auto or manual)

you'll get more drivetrain loss so hp will be a bit lower. and what are you talking about 4v supercharge boost hp? you have a 2v. sounds like you're in a budget so keep your head in the 2v area. jus buy a cobra if you want hp for cheap. pulley changes, intake and exhaust you'll have 500 whp.
